Caroline has extended and consolidated her knowledge in the field of exercise conditioning and rehabilitation by undertaking various positions as a sports trainer. During 2001 and 2002, Caroline was associated with the Blackburn Football Club, working under Dr. Jason Stone.

In 2004, Caroline joined Waverley City Netball Association to head up the Medical Faculty for the Waverley Netball Centre’s Saturday competition.
